I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room, with a fantastic view of the square and the harbor, was spotless but a bit warm due to being in the attic. It had everything we needed, but could use a bit of sprucing up for guests. The service was incredibly kind and welcoming, with helpful staff like Alex going above and beyond to assist us. The location was a dream, right on the piazza by the waterfront, perfect for exploring the town. However, given the somewhat sparse facilities, the value for money might not be the best.

The attic room was very hot as it was more of a fan than a cooler, but the view of the square and harbor was fantastic. It was very clean and had a private bathroom with all necessities.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, situated perfectly right in the heart of Vernazza. The views were absolutely breathtaking, but there was a minor issue with water leaking from the sloping attic-like ceiling in the room, easily managed with a towel. The service was outstanding with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, making my visit even more pleasant.
